About
Kythward is a small web development studio built on a simple idea: good websites don't need to be complicated. They should communicate clearly, serve a purpose, and be a pleasure to use.
Why Kythward?
The name Kythward began with the idea of kith—community. When the original spelling was unavailable, the name evolved naturally toward kythe, an older Scots verb meaning "to make known."
Together with ward, meaning to guard or watch over, the name came to represent the philosophy of the studio: helping people make their work known through websites that are thoughtful, dependable, and built with purpose.
